This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit tgclab.io or write to us. We only process what is necessary.

2. What data do we collect?

• Contact form: if you write to us, we process your name, optional company, email and your message.
• Statistics (Google Analytics): we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used - for example which pages are viewed and what kind of device and browser is used. Google receives your IP address in this process.
• Technical data: our hosting (Cloudflare Pages) processes standard log data, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the site.

3. Why - and legal basis

• To reply to you: when you use the contact form (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
• To improve the site: statistics via Google Analytics (your consent, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Third parties

We share data with processors that help us run the site: Google (Analytics and fonts) and Cloudflare (hosting). Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under Google's standard contractual clauses and other safeguards. We never sell your data.

5. How long do we keep it?

Enquiries via the contact form are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Statistics are kept according to Google Analytics' retention settings.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and to withdraw a consent. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
